Ancestral ring | n.82
Inspirations - The Ancestral ring is inspired by the spirals carved into the megalithic stones of sites like Newgrange (Ireland) and Gavrinis (Brittany), among the oldest decorative motifs in human history, dating back to the Neolithic period. Widespread throughout Atlantic Europe, this motif has been interpreted by scholars as a symbol of the cycle of life, the movement of the sun, or the connection between the living and ancestors, although its exact meaning remains a subject of archaeological debate.
The piece - Slim ring made of oxidized 925 silver, slightly wider at the front, decorated with an engraved spiral motif along the entire band. The interior is polished.
Fit - Its compact size makes it suited both to being worn alone and stacked with other rings.
Craftsmanship - Hand-modeled, reproduced through a rubber mold, and cast using the lost-wax technique for each order, in the size selected by the customer.
