Implementation times
RAW jewelry pieces are handmade creations. For this reason, please allow approximately 15/20 business days from the date your order is accepted to the date of shipment.
Materials
RAW jewelry is made of 925/1000 hypoallergenic, nickel-free silver. Each piece (except those with an oxidized finish) is also rhodium-plated to preserve its surface luster.
Shipping & Returns
We currently only ship within Italy.
Upon shipment, a tracking link is sent via email through the courier's service. Delivery times vary depending on the geographical area and are indicated before the order; however, they remain indicative, as they depend on the courier.
Returns are possible for non-personalized or custom-made creations, within 14 days of product receipt. Returns will only be accepted if the item is intact, complete with all its parts, and unaltered.

Hai diritto di recedere dall'acquisto entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento del prodotto, senza necessità di fornire motivazione. Puoi esercitare il recesso tramite la nostra funzione di recesso online, sempre disponibile nel footer del sito, tramite comunicazione esplicita anche via email, oppure utilizzando il modulo di recesso tipo previsto dalla normativa. Se usi la funzione online, riceverai una conferma automatica via email con data e ora della richiesta.
Le spese di restituzione sono a tuo carico. Il rimborso del prezzo pagato, comprensivo delle spese di spedizione standard se applicate, avviene entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della comunicazione di recesso; può essere trattenuto fino alla ricezione del pezzo restituito o alla prova dell'avvenuta spedizione. Il pezzo deve tornare integro: eventuali diminuzioni di valore derivanti da un utilizzo diverso da quello necessario per verificarne natura, caratteristiche e funzionamento restano a tuo carico.

Sizes and Resizing
It is recommended to ensure the correct size before purchasing by referring to the Size Chart provided below. In case of doubt, we recommend purchasing a ring sizer or consulting a local jeweler.
In the event that you have ordered a ring of the wrong size, please note that we do not perform repairs or resizing (except those covered by warranty).
Please also note that the measurements given in the product descriptions are approximate and rounded, and that as handcrafted pieces, products may differ slightly from them.
Size Chart
RAW Gioielli ring sizes are expressed in Italian sizes. To find your correct size:
- With an existing ring: Measure the inside diameter with a ruler, rounding to the nearest millimeter, and compare it with the table.
- Without a reference ring: Wrap a string or a thin strip of paper around your knuckle, mark the point where the circle closes, and measure its length with a ruler. Compare the obtained circumference with the table.
It is advisable to repeat the measurement at different times of the day, as finger volume can vary. The chosen size should allow you to remove the ring with ease under all conditions. For wide-shank rings, or for combining multiple thin rings, it is advisable to choose a larger size.
